Have you ever heard the term "pareidolia"? It describes the tendency to see faces in inanimate objects like a teapot or an electrical outlet. The human brain, in fact, seeks to find patterns and meaningful shapes, like faces, in our surroundings. Now the Akron Art Museum has a new exhibit about this very phenomenon.
