News Wrap: Trump renews attacks on Canada’s Trudeau

In our news wrap Tuesday, President Trump took aim again at Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau over trade. Meanwhile, White House trade adviser Peter Navarro apologized for saying "there's a special place in hell" for Trudeau. Also, some of the 629 migrants stranded on a rescue ship in the Mediterranean were moved to other vessels bound for Spain.
